Salient Features:

Polvo series provides complete range of oil based drilling fluid additives in powder form
Polvo series products are free flowing readily dispersible powder
Polvo series chemicals being in powder form do not have any limitation of freezing as in conventional liquid additives
Polvo series are packed in bags thereby eliminating risk of leakages of liquid from drums and residual losses.
Polvo series provides added advantage of eliminating high cost of drum handling, disposal.
Polvo series additives are compatible with all types of existing non-aqueous drilling fluids additives and base oils.
Polvo series emulsifiers being in powder forms do not have any mutual or other solvents which are essential to the liquid counterpart. Mutual solvents tend to destabilize emulsions.
Polvo series emulsifiers are more effective.
Polvo series additives are suitable for wide range of Mud Weights and Oil Water Ratios.
Polvo series additives are effective over a wide range of bottom hole temperatures.
Polvo series additives enhances system rheology and reduces dosages of viscosifiers.

Brine Compatibility

GT MUL HP requires relatively higher dosage of viscosifiers when oil phase is greater than 60%. GT MUL HP with oil water ratio less than 50% oil are stable up to 250°F. Please note that this system is compatible before application to maintain optimal performance and avoid potential complications during operations.

Mr. Anand Gupta is an entrepreneur who is responsible for transforming Gumpro from a local manufacturer to a multinational organisation with factories in India, UAE and KSA.

He has 45 years of rich experience into Chemical Industry with a focus on oilfield chemicals. He has pioneered the development of these chemicals in India with the aim of import substitution and finally exports to over 42 countries.

The Research & Development work carried out under his guidance has resulted in commercialization of sustainable and better performing technologies.

He has also developed the services business in this sector with a focus on Mud Engineering Services, Filtration & Drilling Waster Management. The experience that he has amassed is used for developing specific custom made, equipment to major Oil & Gas companies.
