Salient Features

GT Bottoms Up offers comprehensive drilling fluid enhancement with advanced synthetic fiber technology for superior wellbore cleaning and cuttings removal performance.

Non-Toxic & Chemically Inert

GT Bottoms Up fiber are nontoxic, chemically inert and does not increase the viscosity of the base fluid in drilling fluids.

Effective Cuttings Removal

GT Bottoms Up is added to drilling fluids to bring out the drill cuttings from the well bore.

Network Formation

GT Bottoms Up forms a network in the mud or any aqueous carrier fluid for lifting the cuttings.

Uniform Suspension

GT Bottoms Up fiber uniformly suspends in any water-based drilling mud system and brings out solids from the hole while drilling.

Metal Fragment Removal

GT Bottoms Up removes metal fragment during milling operations.

Cost Effective Hole Cleaning

GT Bottoms Up fibers provides a cost effective hole-cleaning method prior to running casing, logging or tripping pipe.

Temperature Resistant

GT Bottoms Up is unaffected by sub-freezing temperatures as with some liquid polymers.

Easy Removal

GT Bottoms Up fiber are removed at the shaker along with the drill cuttings.

Application & Dosages

Follow these simple steps to achieve optimal hole cleaning performance for your operation.

Prepare Base Fluid

Mix 0.7 to 1.5 kg/m³ of GT Bottoms Up in a pill.

Easily Pumpable

Place according to the needs/spacing of the hole.

Add GT Bottoms Up

Can be added to 0.5 gallons water through the mixing hopper slowly.

Adjust for Severity

For severe losses, up to 40 ppb in mud can be used in static conditions.
