Job Description

 

  • Candidate should be ITI /NCVT – Electrical, having an experience of around 6 years in Industrial / Commercial electrical systems with a valid license to work as an electrician. 
  • Should possess good knowledge in Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical controls, wiring, lighting systems. 
  • Perform general electrical maintenance. 
  • Should be able to maintain, install, fabricate MCC panels, AMF panels, breakers, VFD, Starters, Cabling Transformers, DG Sets etc.

  • Must be capable of performing all welding work including ARC, MIG, and TIG under general supervision.
  • Argon welding experience is mandatory.

Instrumentation Engineer

Job Description

  • Analyze current equipment’s, identify areas of inefficiency and needs for improvement; design and develops instrumentation to meet those needs.
  • Design and test prototypes of equipment. 
  • Reprogramming of the PLC as and when needed.
  • Initiate, implement and maintain the PLC programs by planned and prevention maintenance.
  • Prepare and schedule preventive maintenance for the electrical machineries.
  • Excellent experience in Installation, Operation and Maintenance of control systems, motors and control gears including relay testing and coordination.
  • Well versed with trouble shooting, diagnosis and recommends potential solutions for system errors and failures.
  • Sound knowledge of in-house calibration of various Instruments.

Executive Dispatch & EXIM Logistics

EOU Compliance

 

  • Should be able to understand all the compliance requirements for100 % EOU/DTA unit with customs act and FTP.
  • Assist to Submission of statutory report related to EOU with SEEPZ & Customs.
  • Assist to Obtaining and renewal LOP, GREEN CARD, LUT & Bond 17
  • Assist to Obtaining incentives DBK, EXPORT incentives,
  • Assist to IGCRD License prepared for duty free import under EOU

Import ,Export & Domestics Sale/Dispatched

 

  • Responsible to Preparation of Export documents i.e. commercial Invoice, Packing List, VGM & Tax invoice & DC in SAP for Export from EOU, DTA Units, under Bond/ LUT .
  • Responsible to Preparation RFID for export shipment against factory stuffing shipment.
  • Coordinates the movement of vehicles, drivers, and goods to ensure timely and efficient deliveries, manage transportation schedules, optimize routes, and resolve logistical issues.
  • Key responsibilities include tracking shipments, maintaining detailed dispatch records, communicating with drivers and customers, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Responsible to Co-ordination with CHA/ Forwarding agent to file the Shipping Bill before movement of the cargo from factory and Import shipment.
  • Preparation of Monthly MIS report
  • Taking continuous follow up with forwarder/ shipping Line related with de-stuffing of Container, CAN, IGM details, MAWB, freight Bill etc.
  • Take a follow up with Purchase Team regarding SEA shipments original documents for further clearance.
  • Preparation E-way Bill against dispatched.
  • Handling packing and Material readiness as per buyer’s requirement.
  • Ensuring dispatches are not hampered by confirming product quality and verify stock levels.
  • Co-ordinates with SAP support on day-to-day basis for Dispatch functioning.
  • Assist to achieve all export objectives and develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients and perform regular communication with all staff and management
  • Coordinate with the production Dept. at the factory to know about the status of the order

 

Preferred candidate profile

 

  • 2 to 3 years relevant to Export Dispatched & be able to understand all the compliance requirements for 100 % EOU unit.
  • Freshers can also apply if willing to learn EOU compliance and export documentation.
  • Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifts is mandatory.

Lab Chemist

Role & responsibilities

 

Looking for a Lab Chemist at our Khopoli Plant, who can work in QA/QC department for independently shift operations to operate laboratory activities for batch processing.

  1. Perform calibration of laboratory equipment and instruments.
  2. Ensure awareness and compliance with IMS / ISO 9001:2015 requirements and related documentation.
  3. Handle laboratory instruments such as PH meter, moisture analyzer, Karl Fischer titrator, and potentiometer.
  4. Conduct analysis of raw materials, packing materials, in-process samples, and finished goods; prepare and maintain analytical reports.
  5. Prepare solutions and perform standardization as per SOPs.
  6. Possess strong technical knowledge; troubleshooting skills will be an added advantage.
  7. Perform any other tasks related to QC, QA, and R&D as assigned.
  8. Coordinate with various departments such as Production, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch.

 

Preferred candidate profile

 

  1. Good communication skills.
  2. Willingness to undertake outdoor duties (vendor/supplier visits) as and when required
  3. Well-versed in computer applications and documentation
